At TryFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with our virtual try-on service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for subscriptions and services purchased through TryFit.

By purchasing a subscription or service from TryFit, you agree to this Refund Policy. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at support@tryfit.com.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

To be eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase date
  • This guarantee applies only to the first subscription purchase (not renewals)
  • You must contact us at support@tryfit.com with your order number
  • No reason is required - we want you to be happy with our service

Once your refund is approved, you will receive a full refund of the subscription fee paid, and your subscription will be canceled immediately.

3. Refunds for Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, we will work with you to resolve the problem. If we are unable to resolve the technical issues within 7 days of your report, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

To request a refund due to technical issues:

  • Contact our support team at support@tryfit.com with a detailed description of the technical issue
  • Allow us 7 days to attempt to resolve the issue
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process a prorated refund based on the remaining subscription period
  • Refunds will be calculated from the date the technical issue was first reported

4. Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription or service, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately upon verification.

If you notice a duplicate charge on your account:

  • Contact us immediately at support@tryfit.com
  • Provide your order numbers and payment information
  • We will investigate and refund duplicate charges within 2-3 business days

5. Legal Requirements

In certain jurisdictions, you may have additional legal rights regarding refunds:

  • European Union (EU): EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws
  • United Kingdom (UK): UK consumers have similar rights under UK consumer protection legislation
  • Other Jurisdictions: Local consumer protection laws may provide additional refund rights

These legal rights are in addition to our 14-day money-back guarantee and will be honored in accordance with applicable law.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days (unless due to technical issues or legal requirements)
  • Renewal charges for subscriptions that were not canceled before the renewal date
  • Usage-based charges that have already been consumed
  • Refund requests made after the subscription has been canceled and the billing period has ended

However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may provide refunds in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@tryfit.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant details or documentation (e.g., screenshots of technical issues)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

8. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days from approval
  • Refunds are processed by our payment processor (Paddle or Stripe) in accordance with their policies
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution (typically 3-5 additional business days)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Note: If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your statement. If you paid by other methods, the refund will be processed according to the payment method's policies.

9. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. However:

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee
  • If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods
  • No refunds are provided for the remaining portion of the current billing period unless required by law or due to technical issues

To cancel your subscription, you can do so through your account settings or by contacting us at support@tryfit.com.

10. Chargebacks

If you are not satisfied with our Service, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may affect your ability to use our Service in the future.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Your continued use of our Service after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
